I've got the cheapest bb package, want to go to the fastest.
They have a checker to see what packages are available.
Guess what - it doesn't work, just shows an error message.
I'm 99% sure it's because I'm an existing customer.
Any ideas on how to proceed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@albertocontador Do you have broadband at the moment and what speed is it. Looks like just now you can get Superfast broadband with a cap around 68 mb/s. That is if Sky don't drop your on to a 40/10 profile and not the 80/20.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@albertocontadorThe package that you are on just now changed its name to Superfast some time back and if you are on that package just now then you are on the fastest speed just now. But to check can you post your router stats.
Could you please post your router stats following the link below.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are on Sky Fibre Max that is why you cant view anything online. This is a legacy package and was replaced a while ago. When moving away from it you have to do it over the phone.
