All FTTC reduces in speed proportional to the line distance from the fibre cabinet. If you are then using WiFi, that's an additional speed reduction.
If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.
Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.

Thanks but I think speed of 13mbs is appalling when I'm paying for superfast. I live on my own but visitors have trouble too if they log in to my broadband. My nex door neighbour has no problem ????

On a plus note, I have managed to contact SKY about the issue so hopefully they can sort it out.

13Mbs would be the expected speed of 'up to' 80Mbs FTTC after traveling down 2400 metres of copper phone wiring. If you are closer than that, one would suspect a fault in the circuit.

"Superfast" broadband is merely a marketing term that's used to describe the VDSL/FTTC type connection, which if you have a short line with little interference you can get up to 80Mb. ISP's are still allowed to sell the service as Superfast even if it's anything but 🤔

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Speed+up when you ordered your Superfast service Sky would have given you a gusranteed minimum speed based on the length of your line. Sky have an easy to use connection test in their My Sky app which will tell you if the line is working properly, the current speed, the speed history over the last two weeks and tge guaranteed minimum speed. The test can do a lot more like testing the wifi speeds to your devices if you let it do so.
If the connection speed is significantly higher than the speed you get on your devices then the issue is likely to be with the wifi signals in your home which is something out of Sky's control and you may need to spend some money to buy equipment to improve your home's wifi.

Mine is FTC and I can only get a max of 15Mbs due to the line, fortunately Openreach have just installed full fibre in the street so will upgrade and transfer over soon
