Why is my broadband so slow. I have 1 bar on my phone and I'm sat 2ft away from my router?  ITVX on my smart TV stalls constantly. Internet on laptop is quite slow

have you done a speed test? Also what download speed have you signed up for with sky?

i use https://www.speedtest.net/  and set it to the nearest server to me.

Hi i would go into your router settings to get this. Type 192.168.0.1 and log in and see what the router is recieving from the exchange.

This is the actual speed being recieved at the router. im on 80mb so getting 78.6 at the router is great for my speed.
