Why is my broadband connection not working? It says not connected

@Paulalou72 run the sercice checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you whether Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If thry aren't call in to report the problem but given todays lousy weather lines will be busy.

@Paulalou72 It may be working fine if you are on a home Broadband Internet, the sky Hub is reporting correct and offline! See the links below if they help!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
