Next question how are you measuring speeds? If using a site kike Speedtest.net tgen thecresult shows tge slowest part of the transfer which is often the WiFi sped in your home. To get a reliable result you need a device connected by a known fast link which for Ultradast+ would be a direct gigabit Ethernet cable.
There can rarely be issues with full fibre connections but to get them checked out you have to exclude issues like flaky WiFi first.
