Why is it saying I’m not primary account holder

Trying to move house but it's saying I'm not the primary account holder please can someone assist me.

This can happen if you have multple IDs are are logged in with the wrong one, so can you view your bill here:

@Daves3 where the on line home move tool isnt working give Sky a call after 8am and speak to the home move team.
