Why in sky settings on the TV are we getting a broadband not connected issues but the service cissue
Hi Folks - if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. The service checker says our broadband and hub connection is very good but in SkyTV settings the broadband won't connect despite us resetting on the Hub countless times.

@TT33_ a number of possible reasons first the TV or puck is out of range of yourcSkyhub's WiFi Wi`Fibsignal strength is lost when signals pass through solid objects like walls, However if it has connected properly in the past that may not be the case. If thst applies unplug the TV or puck from the mains for a few seconds and let it restart then if it still doesnt connect go into the Settings/Network and navigatecrightvto reconnect and follow the nstructions for linking to a Sky hub which invloved pressing the WPS button on the hub when the on screen instruction tells you.
In general you need pretty good wifi to use Sky's streaming services which can require extra kit which will cost you extra unless younhave Sky Q boxesxwhere Sky will provide boosters if they do not connect.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
