Why have you just removed my£5 broadband discount?

I have just spoken to an on-line agent who helped me remove my 'Sky Talk Weekends and Evenings' charge of £5.75 as I wasn't using this service - this was fine. But for some reason you have now reved my £5 / month Broadband discount -WHY?

@Alun64 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum however changes to packages  can cause discounts to be lost but you should have been told. Given only Sky can answer your quesyion I am escalating your post to the team who supports tye forum. Thry should be in touch inviting you onto a chst session through the forum where a chat icon will be added.

Update - Spoken to @Alun64  and after discussing the billing and offers, they needed to speak to our value team 🙂

Thanks
