Go live was today now it is late February

@steve200790  I'm afraid as fellow customer we won't know the real reason, you would need to speak to Sky for any updates.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Particularly for FTTP provisioning, delays and rescheduling are quite common, particularly in areas with a shortage of Openreach resources.

 

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
