Why does my broadband gets cut off at 11:00 p.m. at night

Every night at 11:00 p.m. I like to do some work on my laptop for the next day and then just at 11 p.m. the internet turns off and then I'm left with nothing to work on this is become a very annoying I have rang sky and they have told me that I need to go on the internet to change the times but I can't find that anywhere!

@Katie885 the normal blsck Sky hubs do not have a built-in timer unless someone has programmed tgem sprcifically which isnt straightforward. The newer white Wifi Max type does have timers but again they are set by the account holder not Sky as by drfault they are off.

 

i would check your home for something on a timer in your home at 11pm like your heating switching off as that could cause your line to drop if it causes a spark.
