Why does my WiFi go off every evening around 9pm

I have for the past 12 months had intermittent instances were my wifi goes off around 9pm in the evening. I only really notice if Im watching Netflix or Disney etc. but its happening more frequently. Im colour so can't see the difference in colour of the lights on the front of my box, but when it goes off the Internet and WiFi lights go completely off. I check my boardman and WiFi through the MySky app but it always says everything's OK.

@Twissy365 Have a look at the hub lights below, are you sure that the wi-fi wireless light goes off. Please do post back which hub that you do have!

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Hi Jim, yes the lights definitely go off, I've just confirmed it as this has been the first time I've been home and near the hub when its happened.

@Twissy365 Double check the lights, Internet 2nd from the left is a yes, and the other is normally last on the right marked voice, VERY unusual for the WiFi to kick off and NOT stay Green.... 4 Lights voice will not be lit if you have no digital landline service,

If you have a Full Fibre service and the Hub is connected to an ONT modem it should also have 3 Green solid lights, Lan may flicker somewhat so may just be a little dimmer as you look at it. Worth checking that if you have also.

All going out takes 5 minutes to restart, then bad socket, bad PSU unit, or even bad hub! Few things for you to look at. You have the lights link so look closely, know you are a little colour blind but you may just spot the change.

@Twissy365 Report it to sky tomorrow, as a faulty hub, not having it that the WiFi light goes out THAT is not the norm for that hub to do that, if you have not done anything settings wise first try a factory reset on it, you will see a small button right hand side off the hub, push and hold it in with a pen/pencil tip for at least 20 seconds, but best to watch the lights on the front once you see the lights change let the button go, will take 5 minutes to reset itself back to the green lights again!
