Why does my Sky WIFI test show the majority of devices as connected via WIFI Extender?

I have had intermittent speed issues on my wifi connection to broadband. When I check using SKY app broadband is running fast, but my devices say speed is much slower i.e. 10, 20 or 30 ish MBPS when broadband is 140+. At the moment performance is back up on all devices. But expect tomorrow it will at sometime slow down? I do not have a wifi extender (or Sky booster) yet when I look at Sky wifi check, it says most devices are connected via wifi extender?  Why does it state this? Is this why devices are running slow? I have checked my router using admin access and no extender is connected to it.

See screen text copied below where shows (underlined) connected via wifi extender.

@A+A+COO if you have Sky Q tv boxes they act as extenders however other users have reported the same oddity of the test reporting extenders when there aren't any. To be honest the speeds to devices reported through the test should be regarded as a guide at best. Running a speed test on the device will always show the slowest part of the connection to the server.

On a Ultrafast service like yours the line can deliver a maximum of 145Mb/s to devices so any third party  speed tests showing lower speeds than that are reporting the wifi speed from the hub assuming another device is not using bandwidth. An app called Wifi Sweetspots measures the Wifi speed to the router so is useful to check speeds around your home. However Wifi speeds can vary as conditions change as factors like interference from your own electrical equipment, neighbour's networks etc vary. Even a person standing close to a device will reduce the signal.
