Why does Sky Broadband drop out at 3pm?

I've been quite happy with Sky Broadband until 3pm on Fri 10 May 24. Broadband drops out at 3pm and has done so everyday since. I've done the "Service Checker" pulled everything out and plugged it back in again to an amber light. Contacted Sky who upon  not being able to complete a diagnostic check,  escalated  my issue and the broadband came back on line about an hour later, Same issue on Saturday, where upon contacting sky a new Q hub to be issued.

New hub received today, connected and all up and running until 3pm! Where Broadband dropped out again for roughly 45mins. Flashing amber light etc, back on the phone to sky and was advised can't do a diagnostic check as my landline provider it BT and they own the line. Would be better to have landline and broadband with the same provider.

is this correct?

Notice the top line vdsl of 74Mbps. Not only will this give you faster speeds, a guaranteed download speed but also replace a mile or two of old copper cable with fibre optic.

My advice call sky tn upgrade to superfast . You may find that you could get a good deal as sky may not want to keep sending out engineers to fix a line thats on its last legs

If I get it right mark as answered

If I say something you like give a thumbs up

It's increasingly rare for that not to be the case.  All current Sky Broadband products will have 'line rental' included in the monthly cost, plus a bundled PAYG voice call service.

Your line does appear to be bad.  Unfortunately adsl lines have no guarantee

Could you enter your full postal address below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image
