So like an idiot I believed the sky lies and signed up. Speeds as promised then it went to hell. Slow speeds, dropping out at regular intervals. Try to contact sky - impossible. They don't want to know. Customer and Service are two words that sky do not understand It's a simple case of give us your money and sod off.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWas that speed over WiFi or ethernet? Its recommended to test over ethernet because you then know if your issue is related to WiFi performance or the line itself.

Ethernet. Stopped using wifi couple of weeks past in the hope it would solve the problems but no such luck.

Don't know if it makes a difference - I have Sky Broadband Full Fibre 100

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should still be able to access your stats but either way dont worry. If you have full fibre, the chances of it being a line issue are quite slim. You could run a speedtest via ethernet to check it.
Otherwise you'd need to do some WiFi troubleshooting there is a guide here you can try; https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub
