Typically you'd want to check the SMTP settings.

One suggestion is:

SMTP server: smtp.blueyonder.co.uk

SMTP port: 465

SMTP security: SSL / TLS

SMTP username: Your full email address

SMTP password: Your Blueyonder.co.uk password
