I'll move your post to the Broadband board as it's a broadband issue.


It could be beneficial being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Perhaps get a family member, friend or neighbour to help you if you need to. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
