Why can't I connect my ring door bell but all my other devices connect

We have a ring door bell . We went away the weekend disconnected the WiFi and came back yesterday. Tried to reconnect the ring door bell and keeps saying check your WiFi connection. All our other devices are connected no problem and our sky glass tv. We have contacted ring and they have said we need to contact sky but we're getting no where

@Marcybs38  If it connected before without any issue. Might be worthwhile trying to reset it and starting like it is new out of the box.

@Marcybs38  If it connected before without any issue. Might be worthwhile trying to reset it and starting like it is new out of the box.

Thankyou ..yes we have done all that and gone through all this many times with ring on the phone. They are saying there's either a problem with my WiFi which there obviously isn't or the device has now got a fault. If so they will replace it but I just need to prove to them that there is no problem with my WiFi connection.
