Re: Why at night my internet goes
It could be overnight maintenance taking place.
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Why at night my internet goes
@Chrisxxx if you have Sky Q boxes ensure their standby modes are set to Active or None as their wifi hotspots turn off berween 2.30 to 5.45am meaning devices near to them lose their connection.
However no isp will guarantee 24/7 connections but apart from maintenance which is rare any drops should be for 30 seconds or so. If you have special requirements like medical equipment requiring 24/7 connection the equipment needs to have a sim card back-up.
