Why am i showing a wifi error on sky app but the test then says its fine

I work from home and my computer having problems this morning i go onto sky app which shows a problem with wifi i then run a test and it says everything is fine. Close the app reopen it and still a problem showing. Sky broadband is crap and i cant wait to change suppliers
