I'm being charged £50
a month for broadband is this right? I don't use my phone for calls I never have

Do you have a seperate line rental charge?
These days line rental is hidden alongside the broadband subscription which means if you dn't make calls you don't get charged if you have a pay as you talk subscription

I've never made a call since having the service so can't see why I'm being charged for it. Do they offer discounts to people with disabilities

What broadband package do you have?
Do you have a sky call tariff?
You'd be best advised to call sky
