White lead for white broadband hub

Hello the white wide supplied by sky is faulty

That is an Ethernet cable, I'm sure you can contact them and ask for another but it might be much quicker to just buy one from a local store or somewhere like Amazon.

 

They are literally a couple of quid.

Factory-made ethernet cables are rarely 'faulty' when new: how are you diagnosing this?

Wasn't for sky glass the cable wouldn't work yet a replacement is - want a new one from sly
