Flrstly are you on ultrafast via fttp with an ONT?

All router below are compatible with sky and the full expressvpn app directly on the router allowing split tunneling etc etc

ExpressVPN is supported on the following Asus router models:

  • RT-AC68U (up to v3)
  • RT-AC87U
  • RT-AC56R
  • RT-AC56S
  • RT-AC56U

The openvpn version with less features/functionality should be manually configured on all asus rt ax wifi 6 by manually configuring the openvpn client on the asus router. This is where the additional features such as split tunneling etc etc are not available

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

What do you mean by the open vpn version has to be manually configured? Is it very complicated to do or is there any plug and play? Im capable of messing with some setiings but dont wanna dig to deep and mess things up haha

@Readie1

There is a user guide available for that here. Take a look, it is pretty straight forward. Use whichever firmware you have on the router, standard/stock or merlin - guides are shown for both 👍

Is this one compatible as it says

The DSL-AC56U is old and not designed for an FTTP connection like yours.

Look for something like the 86u
