Where is my broadband account?!

I'm going round in circles, can anyone tell me where I access my NOW Broadband account? Definitely taking my money each month as "NOW TV" from bank. But my Now account no longer shows anything about broadband. All NOW webpages direct me to Sky. The Sky website lets me log in but only shows me old bills from a TV subscription cancelled long ago. No broadband info anywhere. So where on earth do I find my broadband account?? I haven't seen an actual bill or statement in ages, I don't know where they are which seems ridiculous.

If this is a NOW issue then why not follow the advise I posted above as you will need help with this.

I did see that message, I was just trying to see if @spurce had any luck with accessing the account - as we were having the same issue and how they got about it. The chat couldn't help and we cannot ring until tomorrow.

Hello! Sorry, mad few weeks... Not really had a resolution, NOW and Sky have both ignored my communications. I think I did find it purely by accident but it is incredibly hard to find. I'm amazied that NOW can continue to take my money but have ceased all communications, yet Sky won't pick up their end? I know I'm still in contract, no doubt as soon as I'm able to switch without penalty someone will comeback out of the woodwork! 

I couldn't locate my broadband bills and account on my mobile device, but on a laptop I realised I can see more beyond the 'powered by Sky' redirect by scrolling down: https://www.nowtv.com/gb/account/settings/broadband 

I tried the same link on my mobile device and what is not clear (and I would go as far as to say the site is inaccessible and ought to be redesigned) is that you can swipe right to scroll across the tabs - Broadband is at the end. Poor design!

Hopefully you've solved your problem but just incase as I had same issue and resolved by creating a new SKY ID with Sky then it directs you to link your account/Products. I put in my Sky (Now) account number and now gave access.
