Where do I find the network security key from on my sky q router

My sky WiFi connection is asking for a network security key Where do I find this

It is usually a 12 character alphanumeric key found on a label on the back of the sky q hub

As already answered on this post it is on the sticker on either the back or bottom of your hub.

Where it says 'Password' its the same as a network security key.

Hi I am being asked the same question and the password from the router and on the small card supplied by sky have been entered (correctly) and I get an initial message "the network security key isn't correct" then on further attempts I get "unable to connect to this network" My laptop is older- an hp pavilion - that hasn't been used for a while and I need internet connection to sort out my forgotten password. Any advice welcome

If that's a white Max Hub then a laptop running an older operating system might not be able to connect to a wireless signal encrypted with WPA3
