I am looking to chamge from Sky. I need the UAN. its not on my bill and need it to swap over

@JacquiTD It's likley to be your phone number (if in the UK) the other provider needs which you can find here https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bb-and-talk

Are you in the ROI ?

It is usually an 8 digit unique number that sky should be able to provide for you

Comreg (the equivalent of Ofcom) appear to have required it to be on bills for a decade.
