Where can I find me my username and password for WPA2 enterprise?
I have rebooted my old Mac and it is saying it requires WPA2 enterprise credentials and it has 2 fields to enter the Username and Password?

@tjw1984 If connecting over wifi you should only need the wifi password, there is no username associated with it, it may be you're choosing the incorrect option on your device?

@tjw1984 I'm not a MAC OS user, however out of idle curiosity is there a wifi icon like the one here?
Should be on the taskbar, if so it's that which you should be using to connect over wifi.
From the screen shots you've provided you seem to be in the settings menu?

Enterprise credentials (with a username and password) would be inappropriate for a Sky Hub and almost any other domestic ISP router because such hardware typically uses WPA2 or WPA3 PSK (pre-shared key) by default, and those only require a 'password' (actually a security key) to be entered for any particular SSID and have no concept of 'user name'.
As the terminology suggests, WPA-Enterprise is a large organisation thing found on serious networks running a RADIUS server for individual user identification and authentication.
