When will higher broadband speeds be available in my building?

When will higher broadband speeds be available in my building? The area itself has high speeds available, the houses across the street from me have them available but my apartment building doesn't. I'm currently on 70mbps but it's not quite enough since there are a decent number of devices that stream in the flat. Are there any suggestion helplines/forums where I can provide a Sky representative with my address or anything of the sort?

Sky or any other individual ISP has no influence on the matter: that's between Openreach (if in the UK) and the building owner.
