When watching tv the sounds keeps cutting out every 3 seconds and the screen freezes a bit.

When watching tv the tv keeps freezing for a bit and the sounds cuts out. When I'm on video call on my phone the screen freezes and the internet connection is not good even though it says it's all good when I run the tests.

i actually can't watch a live programme as it keeps cutting out. However when I watch something like bbc iPlayer it's fine
