When using our mobile phone or laptop the WiFi goes down and keeps saying no internet

whilst trying to use our mobile phones and laptops a no internet message keeps flashing on the phone

@Jennifer57 is the internet light on your Sky hub green or amber. Amber meabs the hub has lost its connection. If ghst applies runnthe My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it tells you there is a known fault in your area if it doesnt give Sky a call. Calls to Sky on a Sky Talk line or mobile are free justvdial 150.
