When streaming we offten get buffering or it says no internet connection you said it was the hub and send a new one.we have installed
it and has made no difference this broadband speed has been a problem for years it varies from nothing to 7.8 msg
you have sent out open reach several times over the years .we are not happy with the connection .Are we now able to have full fibre
to the house as bt open reach have installed it in our village last year.I DONT UNDERSTAND why we are having consistently a problem
when the house next door is getting 250mgs speeds withTRUE SPEED
