When is my sky being installed

I'm still paying my virgin and im paying for sky that I don't have yet. As im wondering why my sky box has still not been installed

They keep saying they are coming but don't do the job and keep cancelling the job

@Katie254 Have you called sky to find out why they cancel and what the delay is!

I did and they said it will get updated when they know its been over a month

@Katie254 Do you currently have broadband at present? And you did or did not get the e-mail from sky with the heading as such, if not it will be in your My Messages or the contracts about your system.
