@SamanthaStebbin No one on the Forum knows the answer to that as you are talking to customers just like yourself, have you had any text about installing today or failing to manage to get to you!, If you are correct and today is/was the day, you had any text from the install team we need you to confirm that you are good to have the install etc etc done.
Failed for today, look out for the sky text that you need to call and reschedule another appointment for a re-do again!
