When are Sky providing fibre on my street

how do I find out if Sky are going to offer fibre on my street? not available on the postcode search but Connect fibre are taking pre-orders for a May delivery. If the infrastructure is available,  are Sky not providing the option.

Connect Fibre is one of many small altnet providers using startup capital to lay its own optical infrastructure in limited geographic areas.  Sky does not currently partner with any such private network owner: at present it only transits data over the national Openreach network.
