When I try to use Zoom on my laptop the video and speech are out of sync and I get a message that m

When I try to use Zoom on my Laptop the video and sound are badly out of sync. It gets worse in the early evening and I receive a 'your Internet is unstable' message, and the system freezes and I have been thrown off a call.

 

I have checked the laptop and there doesn't seem to be a problem with that.

@DannyB11 variable behaviour like you describe sounds like a marginal WiFi connection which is being affected by interference when neighbouring networks are in use. Ideally move closer to the Sky hub or use an eternetvcable tomthe laptop. If thst isnt **bleep**ible you msy need a booster or similar to improvecWiFi speeds. Rebooting your Sky hub might reduce interference effects as the hub finds a better channel to use but it is likely only to be a temporary fix.
