That's a page generated by an Apple device when it thinks it's trying to access a captive portal (authenticated guest WiFi) which shouldn't be relevant to a Sky Hub.
First thing to try is to restart both the Hub and the Apple device.

What if a reset doesn't work. New sky max hub arrived and it's taken all devices out and now can't connect. Any advice appreciated.

Alternatively you can re-program the hub to match your old Sky hub which can be easier. Launch the My Sky app which can be done over a mobile connection navigate to Produvst Settings you should see an entry forvthe Sky Max hub click on thst and on the following page click on the oencil icon and change both the SSID and password to match your old hub exactly then save the changes. The hub should puck up the changes within a few minutes and your devices shouldcstart to connect but some may need to be rebooted.
