WhatsApp won’t connect to my Sky WiFi

WhatsApp doesn't connect in my home. When I switch WiFi off on my iPhone 12, it works. So the connection to my modem is the problem.

@Criispy  What is your broadband sheild setting set to? If you have not changed this it is set default to PG.

The suggestion is to change the age setting in Sky Broadband Shield to a less restrictive one because the default interferes with some social media apps.
