All you can do is to call Sky if it is not delivered tomorrow. I had to do this many years when u changed to Sky, mine turned up 3 days later.

Re: What to do if hub not delivered?

Called yesterday as soon as I realised it, spent 1hr15min almost, spoke with 4-5 different teams and was assured at the end that an engineer will visit on the day with box. I wasn't satisfied so called again today and am told that no engineer visit required since I already have fibre to home so just need to wait for hub. How can they do this!?

Re: What to do if hub not delivered?

Managed to find a solution which I highly recommend to you all. Get a second hand sky box off Facebook or somewhere. Picked up a box someone was selling locally, hooked it up and voila. Sky only ordered box on day of activation and it's likely gonna take 3-5 days now. Cannot think of no Internet. Family will go mad!

@frustrated_88 there has been an issue with dispatch of hubs around Easter which Sky told us yesterday has now been resolved so your own hub should be with you soon. Whoever sold you that hub will be quite annoyed when Sky charge him for non-return as all hubs are on loan.

An engineer's vist is only required when first installing a line otherwise services  are activated remotely.
