What on earth is SKY Support Up to?

So I'm an FTTP customer (Ultrafast Plus) and I've been having issues with reliability for months, it's been logged reported, supposedly fixed multiple times when it hasn't, about two weeks ago they finally admitted it might be my hub and shipped me a replacement .. I recieved an ER115 Sky Q hub not a replacement Hub 4 completely useless so I phoned to complain and the agent (after walking me through checks I've done a hundred times already) asked the back office to send out a new hub, which I received today yet another ER115!  Do their systems not tie up I'm FTTP?

 

It's bad enough whenever I phone I have to go through a completely pointless  minutes of "check yopur phone is plugged into the master socket!" I haven't got one I'm FTTP!

 

I and my family are fed up of this and to be honest we're not getting the speed we were promised either so feeling it's time to leave Sky after 22 years ...  Why can they not have a proper ticketing system I can update on line it's not hard!

@BlackandWhiteCats sounds like a cog slipped to help I am escalating your pist to the Sky team who support the forum so they can get this sorted for you. They should invite you onto a private chat session using the forum where they will add a chat icon for you to use.

Sorry I missed the private chat i was on holiday, btw I've just been sent yet another SkyQ hub despite being told I'd get the right replacement this time!
