What can i do about a red PON light on my openreach . Cannot get through to anyone at sky or openreach

Openreach doesn't talk to end users: you'll need to persist with logging a fault through Sky.

To talk to someone  at sky, once you have been ask if you want to use  the  link  they have sent you , say no  and you will  get  to  speak  to  an  advisor , I do this all the time when I  ring them, like yesterday
