Went off after 5-10 minutes of installation

Hi, 

 

through help on call - customer service. I set it up and it worked for about 5 minutes and I thought it was cool and said bye to the customer service rep. But it's turned off 5 minutes after the call. It's plugged in properly (the switch is on no light is coming from the hub) and sky app keeps saying there's nothing wrong with the broadband or the WiFi connection.

@Jo214 What hub do you have, if you switch it off and watch it as it boots up do you see ANY light status changes as it goes through it's sequence!
