Websites slow to load on iphone but app performance good

The speed websites loads on my laptop is good, but accessing the same website on our (multiple) Apple devices is terrible, the apps work no problem but using safari to browse the web is very poor, most websites take a lot longer to load and some don't load at all. Cleared cache, switched router on/off many times, have WiFi boosters, it's consistently poor all day

@Hayleymk6

Have you checked the status of the broadband shield on your sky account.

Ok, checked shield settings and I had a number of restrictions, I would have rather kept them but removing does seem to have helped!

how do I enable certain restrictions but maintain decent browsing speeds and why does it only seem to impact devices and not laptops?

Your first post was a little confusing because you said, laptop was fine, so i thought using windows

and maybe edge or chrome as your browser. If mac based and safari is your prefered would you mind trying chrome, i am not an apple specialist, but trying to get you out of the bind Apple does seem to

have some security type issues with sky. Maybe someone will post a better solution, what work's let the forum know please it is allways helpfull.

It is my opinion that Sky like numerous ISP corporations uses AI on its networks and attempts to secure it using out-of-data technology that slows everything down Apple-wise, failing to identify it correctly and wasting their users' time... 😎
