You sre going to have to give somecdetails but check the setting in your Broadband Shield which you can find in the My sky app under broadband product options.

Or use a VPN. ISP's are legally obliged to block loads of sites specified by the home office. Using a VPN means that ISP's cannot 'see' anything you connect to.
