Website doesn’t let me buy broadband

Moving into a new house and trying to set up internet and the website constantly says sorry to try again everytime I go to click buy or put in my address

@Kianfordham this is a fairly frequent question and happens where there are complications about supplying broadband that requires discussion with you over the phone. Typically this is where the new service wiill include a digital voice line which requires power to work. Customers have to be read a series of questions about alarms, availability of mobiles etc and their responses recorded. However there can be other issues needing your informed consent.

Yeah so apparently it's cos the previous owners of the house still have sky set up or something do I just have to call to end their broadband and then set up mine
