Weak wifi upstairs

Hello

My children and I are having terrible issues trying to watch TV in our bedrooms. It either buffers regularly or doesnt work at all. 

Is there anything we can try and do to make this better?

@H7KSY  black or white router from Sky? Have you had these problems for sometime or have they just started to happen?

It's the white router. We've had the problem from the start. It's all brand new from sky.

@H7KSY  Do you have any booster pods from Sky with the white router?

No. Nothing like that. Do they work? Don't want to waste my money if the don't make a difference.
