We have sky fibre and have a very weak or no signal in upstairs rooms ie phones PlayStation and a camera I have watching termaly Ill parent overnight tried all the online services and they are useless

You have a few options

- Move your router to a more central location (I know this isnt always possible)

- Purchase the broadband Boost or Max addon from Sky, this then entitles you to free boosters to expand your WiFi coverage

- Purchase a 3rd party router/access point with greater coverage.
