Weak internet signal to electric charge point

Hi, I have an electric car charger at home and it has not been charging my car from the schedule charge over night as it should. I have contacted the installers who have informed me that it is because of my internet signal. They checked my signal to the box and it falls outside the parameters needed so have informed me I need to contact my broadband provider. Can you help with the issue please? They suggested a booster box that I could have closer to the charge point. Thanks. Steve

Note that even with one of the supplements listed below, external locations are specifically excluded.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
