Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@claire881 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. However Sky only provide boosters in limited cases first is to customers who have bought the add on Broadboost bundle at £5 per month if you have that orcare willing to add it give them a call. The only other normal case is wherecyou haveca Sky Q TV box which wont connect. Sky also haveca new package called WiFi Max which costs £7.50 a month and comes with a new hub and up to 3 extenders if an engineercagrees tgeyvare required.
The alternative is to buy a Sky booster if you can find a used one on line but they are rare as Sky only lend boosters these days. Otherwise you can buy third party equipment a simple booster might work but third party boosters can be a problem with Sky hubs as they can intefere but any boostercshould becinstalled halfway between the hub and where you need the signal. There many other solutions including the one I usecwhichbis to turn off tge Sky hub's wifi and use a Whole Home Wifi system insread.
