We pay for faster Internet and we have a booster installed we are ment to get a minimum of 400mbs and we barley get over 90mbs

What device are you using to measure your speed ?

400Mbs would be the 'Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed' arriving at the Hub over fibre optic cable on an Ultrafast+ connection. That's very different to the 25Mbs which Sky defines as the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' on the same product with the WiFi Max subscription supplement (not to mention the 3Mbs of the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee')
