We ordered a booster for our WiFi and haven’t received it and where not getting connection speeds

We ordered boosters with our Sky WiFi which have not arrived and where not getting any connection speeds upstairs or downstairs in our home

@Suzanne0517 When you ordered the booster, did you go through all the sky testing procedure, it is not the norm to get a booster when you first get the sky Max hub sent!

@Suzanne0517 Sky only supply boosters to customers buying an add-on like Sky WiFi Max and then call in to request a booster the agent will ask questions and assuming a booster is thought to be required wil dispatch one pod. If the customer then needs further helpmwith wifi coverage an engineer is sent out to survey the property who can authorise up to 2 more pods.
