We have the new sky max hub, we have had it sorted as it wasn't on-boarding, however we have 3 boost

We have the new sky max hub, we have had it sorted as it wasn't on-boarding, however we have 3 boosters (thick walls) and none of them connect, theres no reset button on these - so I do not know how to connect them to the hub. Ive been told they should connect automatically, but they dont, anyone have any ideas? Thanks

@Celwill what boosters do you have? The WiFi Max hub has mstched pod extenders but is not compstable with other Sky boosters. If you have the 3 pods move them to be close to the hub and plug them in one at a time. Once linked you can move them back to their normal positions.

To be in possession of three Max pods you should have received a visit from a Sky WiFi specialist: did that not happen?

I did have an engineer however I have now called sky and another engineer is coming out to sort ! 😊
